At BigDyno, we focus on providing digital products and software tools to our customers. As a result, we do not ship physical products. Instead, all purchases made on BigDyno are digital downloads or subscriptions to software services.
However, for clarity, we have outlined the following points about how digital products are delivered and what you can expect when making a purchase through BigDyno.
1. Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products, including software tools, eBooks, courses, and other downloadable materials, are delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link or access instructions. This email will typically arrive within a few minutes to an hour, but may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment processing and vendor.

2. Subscription-Based Products
If you purchase a subscription to any service or product through BigDyno, your access to the product will be provided immediately upon payment confirmation. You will receive login credentials and/or access details, depending on the service.
- Renewals: Subscription-based products typically renew automatically unless you cancel them before the renewal date. You will be notified of any upcoming renewals.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your subscription, please refer to the cancellation policies of the third-party merchant where the product is provided.
3. No Physical Shipping
Since all products offered through BigDyno are digital, there are no physical shipping fees or timelines involved. You will not be charged for shipping, and no physical items will be delivered.
